Established in 2007 and based in Waterford, Windsor HRM is a leading provider of specialist HR and finance services. Our key areas of expertise include operational reviews, performance and change management.

We are essentially one-stop business partners with particular experience of start up situations, rationalisation programmes and wind down projects. We manage organisational change by focusing on people performance and operational effectiveness impacting overall profitability.

Managing Director Tony McLaughlin has over 25 years of experience in human resource and financial management in small, medium and large businesses in sectors such as manufacturing, tourism, retail and transport.

He has held a variety of financial roles from Accountant to Finance Manager with a constant focus on cost control and business performance. With 10 years experience as HR Director of a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing company, he helped improve the bottom line through better people and process performance.

Highly experienced and very qualified, Tony an accountant, has in addition a diploma in Strategic HR Management and is completing a degree in psychotherapy, reinforcing his belief that given the right leadership, focused management and motivation, people are ultimately the key to driving business success.
